logoMediaNet Group Technologies, Inc (DubLi). is a global marketing company that sells high end branded merchandise to consumers through Internet-based auctions conducted under the trade name “DubLi.com.” Our online auctions are conducted in Europe, North America, Australia/New Zealand and to the rest of the world through our Global Portal. The Company has a large network of independent business associates that sell “credits,” or the right to make a bid in one of our auctions. In 2003 Michael Hansen came up with the revolutionary ecommerce concept of the DubLi platform of “Reverse Auctions.” Michael purchased the Technical Division from eBay’s Berlin office in late 2003 and began putting together the infrastructure of DubLi. His team spent the next three years building out the back end of DubLi and launched a beta site, in Germany only, in early 2007 with three fascinating, unique auctions.

DubLi’s programmers spent the next year and a half perfecting the DubLi Auction site, before going live in January 2008 in all 27 countries of the European Union. DubLi’s business site says, “DubLi.com’s select test market in Europe saw 2.3 million customers come in just eight months” – that’s 2.3 million customers who purchased something, not just registered. Now, DubLi reports their customer-to-associate ratio is “72-to-1”. After operating for nearly 16 months in Europe, the unique bid auction is by far the most popular auction with the nearly 4 million customer base.

In April 2009, DubLi officially launched in North America with activities in USA, Canada and Mexico. The company also launch his activities in Australia and New Zealand in September 2009 and just announced in late August that the “reverse auctions” will be operating on a Global Basis beginning in 2010.

In addition, there have been several key developments that will play a major role in the growth of DubLi as it expands around the globe, such as:

  • DubLi just announced a $1 million bonus (yes, one million dollars) to any rep who reaches the rank of VP by the end of 2010.
  • The Back Street Boys just set up a partnership site with DubLi to run a charity through the DubLi auction site. Joining other famous singer like Jordan Sparks.
  • On Oct. 1, 2009, DubLi officially became a public company via a merger with MediaNet Group, a company with which they already conduct business.
  • Since Nov. 4, Shoppers in Australia and New Zealand can now participle in DubLi’s reverse auction
  • DubLi’s “Reverse Auction” will be going global in march 2010 (people will be biding all over the world, which means more residual incomes for DubLi associate)
  • DubLi Academy to be officially launch in march 2010.
  • DubLi’s iPhone Apps and Visa Card to be launch in 2010.

En 2003, Michael Hansen a eu l’idée d’un modèle révolutionnaire en commerce électronique : Une plateforme de ventes aux enchères inversées.  Dans la même année, Michael achète la division technologie de eBay à Berlin (Allemagne) et commence à  rassembler l’infrastructure de DubLi. Son équipe a passé les trois prochaines années à créer une infrastructure solide. Au début de 2007, une version bêta est lance en  Allemagne avec 3 concepts de vente aux enchères uniques et fascinants (Enchères Xpress, Enchère zérO, Enchères Unique).

Le perfectionnement du site d’enchères de DubLi s’est poursuivi en 2007 avant le lancement officiel en janvier 2008 dans 27 pays de l’Union Européenne. On peut lire sur le site officiel ceci : «Le marché test de DubLi en Europe a obtenu près de 2.3 million de clients inscrits en seulement 8 mois» – On parle de 2,3 millions de clients qui ont acheté quelque chose, pas seulement inscrit. DubLi rapporte que le ratio client/associé est “72-to-1“. Après 16 mois d’opérations en Europe, les enchères « Unique » sont de loin les plus populaires avec une clientèle atteignant près de 4 millions.

En avril 2009, DubLi lance officiellement ses opérations en Amérique du Nord avec des activités aux Etats-Unis, au Canada et au Mexique. En septembre 2009, c’est autour de l’Australie et de la nouvelle Zélande de joindre la plateforme DubLi. Depuis le 4 novembre 2009, les internautes de ces 2 pays peuvent participer aux enchères inversées de DubLi. L’entreprise vient d’annoncer que les internautes du monde entier pourront participer aux “enchères inversées” dès 2010.

Outre son évolution, il y a eu plusieurs développements clés qui joueront un rôle majeur dans la croissance de DubLi partout dans le monde entier en 2010, telles que :

  • Le groupe musical « Boys Street Back » vient de créer un site partenaire de DubLi pour le financement d’une œuvre de bienfaisance. Joignant par la même occasion l’œuvre de charité Jordan Sparks et la fondation Joe Morgan.
  • Le 1er octobre 2009, DubLi est officiellement devenue une société publique par le biais d’une fusion avec MediaNet Group (MEDG.OB), une société avec laquelle elle mènait déjà des activités; à travers sa division BSP Reward.
  • Le lancement officiel de l’académie DubLi en en mars 2010.
  • Une application mobile pour l’iPhone et un système électronique de paiement adossé à une carte VISA pour 2010.
  • Une prime de 1 million de dollars (Oui, un million de dollars) à tout représentant qui a atteint le poste de Senior vice-président d’ici janvier 2011.
